bdbet Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the bdbet platform. All rules, responsibilities and rights that apply between you and bdbet are clearly set out here.
1. Introduction and Applicability
Parties to the Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bdbet platform ("Platform" or "Site") and any person who uses its services ("User"). For general information about bdbet, please visit our about us page.
By registering on the bdbet platform, logging into an account, or using any service, the user is considered to have read and fully accepted all provisions of these Terms.
Age Requirement and Eligibility
All bdbet services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. For ages 21+
Any person below this age is strictly prohibited from opening an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game on the bdbet platform. Managing an account on behalf of a minor is also prohibited.
bdbet may at any time request a national ID card or other documents for age verification. bdbet reserves the right to restrict account activity until verification is complete.
Changes to the Terms
bdbet reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect from the date they are published on the site. It is the user's responsibility to check the Terms regularly and stay informed of the latest version.
2. Account Registration and Management
Registration Requirements
To open an account on bdbet, the user must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false, incomplete, or another person's information is prohibited.
- Each person may open only one account.
- Opening multiple accounts with the same mobile number or email address is prohibited.
- If any information provided at registration changes, the user must notify the support team immediately.
- Transferring or sharing an account with a third party is strictly prohibited.
Password and Security
The user is solely responsible for keeping their account secure. Choosing a strong password and not sharing it with anyone is required. If any suspicious activity or unauthorised login is noticed, the bdbet support team must be informed immediately.
bdbet will never ask for a password or OTP via email or chat. Any such request is fraudulent and must be ignored by the user.
Account Suspension or Closure
bdbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of the Terms.
- Evidence of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Providing false information regarding age or identity.
- Failure to cooperate with a bdbet investigation.
If an account is closed and a valid balance exists, it will be returned subject to verification.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
Deposit Rules
Deposits on bdbet can be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
- The correct amount and reference number must be provided when making a deposit.
- It is recommended to deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
- If a deposit is made from a third-party account, a verification process may apply.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals from bdbet can be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Sufficient cash balance must be available in the account at the time of a withdrawal request.
- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering conditions have been met.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- For large withdrawals, bdbet may request identity verification.
Anti-Money Laundering
bdbet actively works to prevent money laundering. In the case of suspicious transactions, bdbet reserves the right to hold a withdrawal and carry out verification. The user must cooperate and submit any required documents.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New users who open an account and make their first deposit receive a 200% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.
Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, making the total balance ৳3,000. Before withdrawing, a total of ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.
General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements and expiry, which are stated in the offer details.
- A bonus is applicable only once per account — it cannot be claimed more than once from the same household, address, IP address, or device.
- If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus wagering conditions are met, the bonus and any winnings from it may be cancelled.
- bdbet reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
- In cases of suspected bonus abuse, bdbet may investigate and cancel the bonus.
VIP and Cashback Programme
The bdbet VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. A weekly cashback applies at each level, calculated as a percentage of the net loss for that week. Cashback is determined at a set rate on the amount remaining after total winnings are deducted from total losses.
Example: A Gold level member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

5. Gaming and Betting Rules
General Game Rules
The bdbet platform offers games across various categories including slots, live casino and cricket. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed in the game interface. If a win is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, bdbet reserves the right to cancel that amount.
- Game results are determined by the system of the relevant game provider.
- If a disconnection occurs during a game, the last recorded state will be considered final.
- Use of auto-bet software or bots is strictly prohibited.
Special Sports Betting Conditions
In sports betting, odds are subject to change and the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded. If the result of an event is disputed, bdbet will make a decision based on the relevant information.
In a multi-bet, if one selection is cancelled, the bet continues at the combined odds of the remaining selections, subject to the terms of that particular bet.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbet platform and may result in account closure:
- Bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse.
- Placing bets using automated software or bots.
- Attempting to manipulate results in coordination with other users.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's software.
- Attempting to obtain funds by fraudulent means.
6. Data Protection and Privacy

10. Legal Provisions and Applicable Law
Language and Interpretation
The English version of these Terms is the primary document. In the event of any confusion or dispute, bdbet's interpretation will be considered final.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue in full force. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms together form the entire agreement between the user and bdbet. Any prior oral or written understandings are replaced by this agreement.
